Chicago — More than 70 luxury retailers make up new assignment.
Chicago — Davis Street Land Company has been selected to lease and oversee tenant coordination for the Shops at 900 North Michigan, which comprise more than 475,000 square feet of retail that is part of a 2.7 million square-foot mixed-use complex on Chicago’s Magnificent Mile. Retailers include Gucci, Max Mara, Michael Kors Collection and Lululemon Athletica. The assignment also includes street retail on Rush and Walton streets including Urban Outfitters, Patagonia and Ugg Australia. JMB Financial Advisors owns and manages the shops at 900 North Michigan.
