Soloff Brokers Sale of Former Grocery for Redevelopment

Levittown, Pa. – The 40,045-square-foot building will be redeveloped into a new shopping center anchored by Retro Fitness and Dollar Tree.

The Retro Fitness and Dollar Tree anchors in Levittown, Pa., will open this summer.Levittown, Pa. – Soloff Realty & Development has brokered the sale of a former Giant grocery in Levittown, located 25 miles northeast of Philadelphia. Levittown Partners LLC purchased the 40,045-square-foot building to redevelop it into a new shopping center anchored by Retro Fitness and Dollar Tree. A 12,000-square-foot endcap space and a future pad site of 5,500 square feet will also be available for lease. The building, situated on 4.6 acres of land, was sold by Levittown–ARC LP. The sale price was undisclosed.

Retro Fitness has signed a 10-year lease to occupy a 13,000-square-foot space on the site. Dollar Tree has also signed a 10-year lease and will occupy a 12,000-square-foot space. The anchors will open this summer. Soloff represented the landlord in both of the transactions.
