Tampa, Fla. — Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust acquired the grocery-anchored center.
Tampa, Fla. — Forge Capital Partners has sold the 141,628-square-foot Tampa Festival Centre, a grocery-anchored shopping center in northeast Tampa, to Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust for $11.85 million. The property was most recently renovated in 2009 and expanded in 2012. The center is nearly 96 percent leased and anchored by Winn-Dixie. Additional tenants include Family Dollar, Rainbow, Citi Trends and Rent-a-Center. Luis Castillo and Danny Finkle with HFF represented the seller in the transaction. Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust purchased the property free and clear of existing debt.
