The Boulder Group Arranges $7.7 Million Sale of Walgreens Property

Columbus, Ohio — The Boulder Group has arranged the $7.7 million sale of a single tenant, net-leased 12,420-square-foot Walgreens property in Columbus.

Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman of The Boulder Group represented the seller, a Midwest-based private ownership, in the transaction. A real estate investment and property management company based in Ohio purchased the property. Walgreens’ triple-net lease expires in February 2034.
