Time Equities Acquires Enclosed Regional Mall in Ohio for $31.5 Million

Zanesville, Ohio — Time Equities Inc. has acquired Colony Square, a 425,430-square-foot enclosed regional mall located in Zanesville, for $31.5 million.

Mall tenants include TJ Maxx, Shoe Carnival, Planet Fitness, JC Penney, Cinemark, Foot Locker, Finish Line and Gymboree. Ami Ziff, Jonathan Kim and Adam Levitt represented Time Equities in-house. Margaret Caldwell and Eric Spencer of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the seller, Rouse Properties. Urban Retail Properties LLC has been tapped to oversee management, marketing and leasing operations at Colony Square.
