Johns Creek, Ga. — Toro Development Co. (TDC) has signed leases with five new tenants at Medley, a 43-acre mixed-use development under construction in the north Atlanta suburb of Johns Creek. Trader Joe’s, Shake Shack, Kontour Medical Spa, Moop’s Boutique and Northern China Eatery are expected to open on Oct. 29, along with the debut of Medley’s official launch.
The latest concepts join a mix of additional retailers and restaurants, including Sephora, STIR, Tonic House, Rena’s Italian Fishery & Grill, High Country Outfitters, BODYROK, Playa Bowls, Petfolk, CRÚ Food & Wine Bar, Fadó Irish Pub, Summit Coffee, Lily Sushi Bar, Knuckies Hoagies, Cookie Fix, Sugarcoat Beauty, BODY20, 26 Thai Kitchen & Bar, Five Daughters Bakery, Drybar, Minnie Olivia Pizzeria, Burdlife, Amorino, Pause Studio, Fogón and Lions and Clean Your Dirty Face.
Upon completion, Medley will encompass 164,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space; 833 luxury residences, including townhomes and apartments; a 150-room hotel; 110,000 square feet of office space; and a 25,000-square-foot plaza.
