Transwestern Arranges $4.1 Million Sale of Laurel Springs Village in Georgia

Suwannee, Ga. — Transwestern has arranged the $4.1 million sale of Laurel Springs Village, a 21,710-square-foot shopping center in the Atlanta suburb of Suwannee.

Kevin Markwordt and Fred Victor of Transwestern represented the seller, Laurel Springs Holdings, in the transaction. South Carolina-based South Coast Commercial acquired the Titan Team Sports-anchored center.
