Whitestone to Break Ground on Mixed-Use Addition at The Shops at Starwood

Frisco, Texas — Whitestone REIT (NYSE: WSR) will break ground on Phase III of its expansion at The Shops at Starwood, a fully leased shopping center located in Frisco, on June 26.

The expansion will include approximately 24,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space and 8,600 square feet of executive office space. Phase III of development will be completed in first quarter 2016.
