Bon Air, Va. — Ziff Properties Inc. has acquired Stony Point Shopping Center, a 114,347-square-foot retail center in the Richmond suburb of Bon Air, Virginia.
Tenants at the time of the sale included Southbound restaurant, Einstein Bros. Bagels, Good Foods Grocery, Pet Valu and Edward Jones. Stony Point Shopping Center is also home to a 40,060-square-foot former grocery box, which Ziff Properties plans to lease or redevelop. A timeline was not disclosed for a potential redevelopment. John Owendoff and Jordan Lex of HFF represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. Jim Ashby of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer was retained by Ziff Properties to handle leasing with the assistance of Alec Boyle of Ziff Properties. The sales price was not disclosed.
