Ziff Properties Acquires The Shops of Collierville for $7.43 Million

Collierville, Tenn. — Ziff Properties Inc. has acquired The Shops of Collierville, a 60,000-square-foot retail center located in the Memphis suburb of Collierville, for $7.43 million.

The center is home to a tenant roster including Starbucks Coffee, Medpost Urgent Care, Back Yard Burgers, Pizza Hut, Baskin Robbins and The UPS Store. Sheldon Griffin of Baker Storey McDonald represented Ziff Properties in the transaction.
