Hanover, Mass. — PECO Real Estate Partners has acquired The Hanover Mall, a 732,101-square-foot enclosed regional mall located roughly 25 miles outside Boston in Hanover, from CW Capital.
Macy’s, Sears and Walmart anchor the mall, which is also home to tenants including Dick’s Sporting Goods, Trader Joe’s, Panera Bread, Buffalo Wild Wings, Petco and Office Max. The property was built in 1971, and underwent renovations in 2004.
