Vestar is a privately held real estate company in the western United States that acquires and manages retail and entertainment properties. Marchuk joins Vestar from Cole Real Estate Investments/American Realty Capital Properties, where he spent seven years acquiring shopping centers for REITs. At Cole/ARCP, he was involved in the acquisition of more than $2 billion in commercial real estate.
