Cincinnati – Jeffrey R. Anderson Real Estate Inc. and CASTO have signed leases to open Carhartt, J. Crew Factory and Rally House locations at the Rookwood Commons development in Cincinnati. These additions bring the occupancy of the center to 99 percent. Negotiations are underway to lease the remaining 1,500-square-foot space at Rookwood, filling the center completely. The Carhartt store is the company’s first company-owned retail store in Ohio. The 4,260-square-foot store, located in the space formerly occupied by The Children’s Place, will carry men’s, women’s and kids’ apparel. J.Crew Factory will occupy the 6,480-square-foot space formerly occupied by Coldwater Creek. Rally House Rookwood, 8,500 square feet, opened on July 13, 2014, and is the company’s second store in Cincinnati.
