Fort Worth, Texas — Younger Partners has rebranded Crockett Row, a mixed-use development comprising 282,805 square feet across five city blocks in Fort Worth, as Artisan Circle. Tenants include more than 25 dining, wellness and entertainment retailers, and Tierra Mediterranean, La Cabrona, Si Tapas and Rose Couture Nail Bar are scheduled to open at the development in the first quarter of 2024. The rebranding includes plans for redevelopment, which will include the installation of new hydraulic elevators in three parking garages, hardscape improvements in the central courtyard and improvements to lighting and signage. Construction is scheduled to begin in January and expected to take 12 to 18 months. Scott & Reid General Contractors will oversee the construction. The project team also includes Bennett Partners, L.A. Fuess Partners, Summit Consultants, Dunaway, GoVision, Eva Thornton, Susan Watt, Comet Signs, 2cLighting and Campise Consulting & Inspections. Younger Partners acquired the property in August 2022.
