Atlanta — RPB Management Group will open 207 Peachtree, a 45,000-square-foot entertainment, dining and event venue located in downtown Atlanta. Set to debut this spring, the reimagined 1920s building will include American Dive, a dive bar with live music and arcade games; Peachtree Sporting Club, an experiential sports bar featuring seven sports simulator bays and a 20-foot panoramic TV wall; Aire, a rooftop lounge with an indoor-outdoor space; and a 10,000-square-foot event space that can accommodate more than 300 guests. Red Phone Booth, a speakeasy lounge and bar, and Amalfi Cucina + Mercato, an authentic Neapolitan eatery, are already open at 207 Peachtree.
Originally home to Regenstein’s Department Store, 207 Peachtree was restored in 2017 and will be fully activated across all four floors for the first time since Regenstein’s closed in 1978.
