Frisco, Texas — The Karahan Cos. has signed leases with seven new retailers and restaurants at Fields West, an $800 million, mixed-use development located in Frisco, a northern suburb of Dallas. The tenants include Boll & Branch, Evereve, Flower Child, lululemon, SusieCakes, Tecovas and Warby Parker. Additional previously signed leases include Crate & Barrel, Gorjana, Pottery Barn, Sweetgreen, Williams Sonoma and Solidcore, among others. Fields West is now 75 percent preleased.
Upon completion, Fields West will include 360,000 square feet of retail, restaurants and entertainment; 350,000 square feet of office space; and 1,150 luxury apartments. The mixed-use project will open in phases starting in late 2027.
