Land O’ Lakes, Fla. — JLL Capital Markets has arranged the sale of The Hub at Bexley, a 50,000-square-foot neighborhood center located within the Bexley master-planned community in Land O’ Lakes, approximately 20 miles north of Tampa.
Delivered in 2023, The Hub at Bexley was fully leased to a mix of food-and-beverage, health and wellness and entertainment and service tenants such as BellaBrava, Stillwaters Tavern and TREK Bikes. The center also features a village-style design with a covered event stage, landscaped courtyards and outdoor seating.
Additional tenants at the center include Urban Crunch Creamery Café, Taco Bus, Spanky’s Place, Grain & Berry, Elite Martial Arts, Headlines Barbershop, Tampa Smile Co. and Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming.
