JLL Arranges Sale of 156,568-Square-Foot Grocery-Anchored Center in Coastal Connecticut

Norwalk, Conn. — JLL Capital Markets has arranged the sale of Main Avenue Shopping Center, a 156,568-square-foot retail property located in the southern coastal Connecticut city of Norwalk. J.B. Bruno, Kevin O’Hearn and Jose Cruz of JLL represented the seller, The Prusik Group LLC, in the transaction.

Originally built in 1996 on roughly 16.3 acres, Main Avenue Shopping Center was fully leased at the time of sale. A 71,878-square-foot Stop & Shop anchors the property, which features additional tenants such as Total Wine & More, Hobby Lobby and Burger King.
