Loveland, Colo. — Evergreen Development and the Schmer family have broken ground on Schmer Farm Marketplace, a planned 29-acre retail center located in Loveland, roughly 45 miles north of Denver. Situated on the corner of Highway 34 and Rocky Mountain Avenue, a 122,000-square-foot King Soopers grocery store will anchor the property, which will bring expanded shopping and service-based businesses to the area. In addition to the anchor tenant, Evergreen has also signed leases with Chase Bank and Black Rock Coffee Bar.
The Schmer family has partnered with Evergreen to transform a family-owned and operated farm into a community-focused retail destination, while preserving the legacy of the land and its connection to Loveland’s history.
Sitework on the project is now underway, with an anticipated opening for late 2027.
