Hope Mills, N.C. — Atlantic Capital Partners has brokered the $7 million sale of Hope Mills Crossing, a 53,204-square-foot shopping center located in Hope Mills, roughly five miles south of Fayetteville. David Hoppe, Eric Suffoletto, Jordan Gomez, Mike Lucier, Ben Olmstead and Kendra Doherty of Atlantic Capital represented the seller in the transaction.
Renovated in 2025, Hope Mills Crossing is anchored by a newly delivered Planet Fitness. Additional tenants at the center include a mix of medical, financial, government and service-oriented retail businesses. The property was 95 percent leased at the time of sale.
