Peoria, Ill. — Peoria-based Cullinan Properties has announced a new mixed-use development and promotions.
The company’s newest project is Rock Run Crossings, a mixed-use project featuring retail, office, entertainment, hotel and multifamily space on a 265-acre site in the Chicago suburb of Joliet.
Construction is also underway on The Streets of St. Charles, a mixed-use development located in the St. Louis suburb of St. Charles; and Burleson Commons, a shopping center anchored by Premiere Cinemas in Burleson, Texas.
Cullinan has recently opened a number of developments, including Lofts at Euclid, a mixed-use project featuring 87 luxury residential loft apartments and 8,500 square feet of retail and restaurants in St. Louis; a three-story, 100-bed student housing community in Peoria, Illinois; a VA clinic in Austin, Texas; and Levee District, an 86-acre, mixed-use development located in East Peoria, Illinois.
As part of the company’s growth, Cullinan has promoted and added executives to its leadership team. Christopher West has been promoted to partner and CEO, and Sean Garrett has been promoted to president of acquisitions and director of community relations. Garrett will serve in this new capacity until January 2019, at which time he will be named COO.
Ginger Benz has also been promoted to vice president of operations and marketing.
