Hollywood, Fla. — West Lake Commons will be complete during the second quarter of 2014.
Hollywood, Fla. — Stiles has begun construction on West Lake Commons, a $35 million grocery-anchored center in Hollywood. The property will contain several retailers alongside anchor Publix, including Pollo Tropical and Starbucks. The 14-acre site, which previously housed Hollywood Lincoln Dealership, will include 26,000 square feet of inline retail space and up to 20,000 square feet of out parcels. Stiles will implement a variety of green construction practices such as construction waste management, use of low-emitting materials, recycled content and locally sourced materials. Construction on West Lake Commons will be complete in the second quarter of 2014.
