Lake Jackson, Texas — ALDI is set to open a 23,500-square-foot location in the Houston suburb of Lake Jackson.
Baker Katz leased the freestanding building, located at the corner of State Highway 288 and This Way Street, to ALDI. Kenneth Katz of Baker Katz represented the landlord in the transaction, and Streetwise Realty Partners represented the tenant. The new location is set to open this fall.
