American Commercial Realty Corp. Acquires Winn-Dixie-Anchored Shopping Center in Fort Pierce, Florida

Fort Pierce, Fla. — American Commercial Realty Corp. has acquired Indrio Crossings Shopping Center, a 131,000-square-foot center located at 4846 N. Kings Highway in Fort Pierce. The property is anchored by a 57,200-square-foot Winn-Dixie Grocery and co-anchored by Bealls Outlet and Dollar Tree. The Winn-Dixie location was renovated in 2018. AutoZone is set to open at the center in November. Kevin Yaryan, Kyle Stonis and Pierce Mayson of SRS’ Investment Properties Group represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. George Kleier of American Commercial Realty represented the buyer.
