McLean brings over 12 years of retail real estate experience to Present Value Properties and most recently served as a vice president with Lee & Associates. Present Value Properties was recently awarded the exclusive listing by Value Rock of Irvine, Calif., to market and lease Yorba Canyon Center in Yorba Linda, Calif., a 98,000-square-foot Albertsons-anchored shopping center. The center has in-line and pad space available, including a potential for a 5,400-square-foot ground lease. Present Value Properties is also representing the international restaurant company, Eat and Eat, which is looking to open its first location in Southern California.
