Las Vegas — Vestar has been selected to provide management services for Vista Commons, a 100,000-square-foot retail center located in the Summerlin neighborhood of Las Vegas. Albertsons anchors the property, which is fully occupied. Other tenants at the center include Wells Fargo, State Farm, Subway, Bank of America and Dunkin’ Donuts. Vestar will manage Vista Commons on behalf of an institutional client that recently acquired the property. Gleb Lvovich and Daniel Tyner of JLL Capital Markets brokered the acquisition. This marks the fifth Las Vegas property in Vestar’s management portfolio.

Middlesex and Watchung, N.J. — Planet Fitness has signed two new leases in New Jersey. The tenant will occupy 15,500 square feet at Middlesex Corner in Middlesex and 21,850 square feet at Blue Star Shopping Center in Watchung. Grapevine, Texas — The Woodmont Co. has brokered the sale of Grapevine Centre, an 85,421-square-foot retail center located in Grapevine. Tenants at the property, which was fully leased at the time of sale, include Petco, Harbor Freight Tools, JOANN Fabric and Crafts, Dollar Tree and Angel’s Attic. Russel Wehsener and Bryan Dyer of The Woodmont Co. represented the seller, an entity doing business as Grapevine Beall Center LLC, in the transaction. Roger Smeltzer of Vision Commercial represented the undisclosed buyer.

Woburn, Mass. — CBRE has arranged the $11.2 million sale of a Woburn Plaza, a 31,994-square-foot shopping center located in Woburn, on the northern outskirts of Boston. Tenants at the property include West Marine, Eastern Bank and Mattress Firm. Nat Heald, Kyle Juszczyszyn, Connor Scott and Jordana Roet of CBRE represented the seller, Linear Retail Properties, in the transaction. Chestnut Realty Management acquired the property.

Temecula, Calif. and Orlando, Fla. — Beverage concept Sip Fresh has announced plans to open stores in Temecula, California, and Orlando, Florida. Situated within Promenade Temecula, the new venue is scheduled to open in early 2025. Franchisee Kevin Tam will own and operate the unit. The Florida store will be located within Florida Mall. Each store will total roughly 1,200 square feet.

A private investor acquired the center, which was fully occupied at the time of sale, for $3.4 million. Coult Greenwell and Mitchell Kiven of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller in the transaction.

Vorhees Township, N.J.  — KPR Centers has acquired Eagle Plaza, a 230,000-square-foot shopping center in Vorhees Township, for $41.7 million. The property was leased to approximately 40 retailers and restaurants, including anchor Acme Markets, at the time of sale. Other tenants at the center include Ross Dress for Less, Five Below, Chipotle Mexican Grill and Ace Pickleball Club. JP Colossi and Brad Nathanson of IPA brokered the transaction.

LaFayette, Ind. — Cooper Commercial Investment Group has brokered the $10.9 million sale of Market Square Shopping Center, a retail center located in LaFayette, Indiana. An undisclosed buyer purchased the property. Situated on 20 acres, the property totals 132,000 square feet.  Tenants at the property, which was 84 percent leased at the time of sale, include Dollar General, the State of Indiana, Indiana BMW, Arni’s Pizza, First Merchants Bank and Rent-A-Center. Dan Cooper of Cooper Commercial Investment Group represented the seller in the transaction.
