Anaheim Hills, Calif. — Sunbelt Investment Holdings has purchased a 205,000-square-foot The Home Depot Superstore in Anaheim Hills for an undisclosed price. The flagship store is situated on 18 acres along the north side of Interstate 91 roughly 38 miles outside Los Angeles. The property is the largest Home Depot on the West Coast and the second largest in the nation, according to the buyer. The name of the seller was not released.

St. Matthews, Ky. — Kaden Cos. has acquired Best Buy Center, a 220,000-square-foot retail center located at 5005 Shelbyville Road in St. Matthews, about eight miles from Louisville. The property will be rebranded as Saint Matthews Gateway and is home to tenants including Best Buy, Total Wine & More, Frontgate and DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse. Morris Township, N.J. — Accurate Builders & Developers has broken ground on Morris Marketplace, a 140,000-square-foot retail redevelopment project located on the 64-acre former Colgate-Palmolive corporate campus in Northern New Jersey. Accurate Builders is co-developing the project with DeVimy Equities Inc. The center will feature children’s play areas, pocket parks, splash pads and seating areas, as well as outdoor dining and recreational spaces. The property is anchored by a 57,200-square-foot Winn-Dixie Grocery and co-anchored by Bealls Outlet and Dollar Tree. The Winn-Dixie location was renovated in 2018.
