Orlando, Fla. — Auction.com LLC has arranged the $21.2 million sale of Vista Centre Shoppes, a 98,411-square-foot retail center located in Orlando.
Deer Park, Texas — Phase I of The Junction at Deer Park, a retail center developed by the Houston office of Cencor Realty Services, is now open.
Cahokia, Ill. — The Kase Group has arranged the $5.25 million sale of Camp Jackson, a 108,979-square-foot shopping center located in Cahokia, near St. Louis.
Portland, Ore. — Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP (HFF) has arranged a $177 million loan for Lloyd Center Mall, a 1.27 million-square-foot regional shopping center with office space in Portland’s Lloyd District.
Dawsonville, Ga. — Publix has signed a 45,600-square-foot lease at Dawson Crossroads, a new 98,400-square-foot shopping center under construction at 4130 Dawson Forest Road in Dawsonville.
Atlanta — Marcus & Millichap’s Atlanta office has brokered the $54.9 million sale of a portfolio of five Walmart Neighborhood Markets.
