Alameda, Calif. – The 594,000-square-foot open-air shopping center now has 15 restaurants, cafés and a weekly Saturday food market.
Metairie, La. – Construction on the store will begin in July and open the first quarter of 2015.
Doraville, Ga. – Doraville Plaza is anchored by Burlington Coat Factory and includes outparcel tenants such as Krispy Kreme, McDonald’s, Wells Fargo and more.
St. Charles, Mo. – As the owner of Kueneke Properties Inc., Kueneke developed a commercial brokerage firm that specialized in tenant representation and site selection for tenants such as BP/Amoco, Bennigan’s, Family Video and Lion’s Choice.
Costa Mesa, Calif. – The center is comprised of five individual parcels featuring tenants such as McDonald’s, Del Taco and more.
Gonzales, Tex. – The center will be anchored by a Bealls department store. Other tenants will include Dollar Tree, Hibbett Sports, AT&T, Aaron’s and more.
Morrow, Ga. – The mall has annual sales of more than $100 million.
Goodyear, Ariz. – The commercial mortgage is secured by a Class A anchored retail shopping center and provided approximately 55 percent leverage.
Garden City, N.Y. – This will be the retailer’s first of its 500 locations in the United States to be located in the Bronx.
