Chicago — Yorkville Marketplace includes 111,591 square feet of retail and is anchored by a Jewel-Osco.
Rapid City, S.D. — The purchase also included 14 outparcels.
Owings Mills, Md. — Foundry Row is a mixed-use, $140 million project.
Moore, Okla. — The 259,996-square-foot center is anchored by a JC Penney.
