The center is 86 percent occupied and is anchored by Burke’s Outlet, Marshalls, Sports Authority and Toys “R” Us. Rob Carter, Alex Quarrier, David Webb and Rebecca Levell of Berkeley Capital Advisors represented the seller, Kimco Realty.
