The center is home to 20 restaurants and retail tenants including Super Target, Macy’s, Bass Pro Shops, Harkins Theatres, H&M and Nike. The property was developed in 2006 and is situated on 87 acres.

Colorado Springs, Colo. — NavPoint Real Estate Group has arranged the sale of Carefree Shopping Center, a retail property located at 3315-3541 N. Academy Blvd. in Colorado Springs. DCP Carefree sold the center to Alturas Real Estate Fund for $15.8 million. At the time of sale, the 126,471-square-foot property was 98 percent occupied by tenants including Family Dollar, Metro PCS, Human Bean Coffee, Pizza Hut and New Horizons Thrift Store. Denver — Evergreen Devco Inc. has completed the construction of a grocery-anchored shopping center at the northeast corner of 56th Avenue and Tower Road in Denver. The property will be anchored by a 23,300-square-foot Sprouts Farmers Market, which is set to open on January 14. The development site also features an 8,224-square-foot multi-tenant building and six accompanying retail pads, which are slated to open later this year. Lakewood, Colo. — Blue West Capital has arranged the sale of a 42,755-square-foot multi-tenant retail center located at 10750 West Colfax Ave. in Lakewood, roughly seven miles west of downtown Denver. Tom Ethington of Blue West Capital represented the seller, a Colorado-based private real estate company. Woodland Park, Colo. — Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) has brokered the $10.3 million sale of Gold Hill Shopping Center, a 47,978-square-foot multi-tenant retail center in Woodland Park, about 19 miles from Colorado Springs. The center was fully occupied at the time of sale by tenants including City Market and Wendy’s. Ryan Bowlby and Drew Isaac of IPA represented the undisclosed buyer and secured the undisclosed seller in the transaction.

Castle Rock, Colo. — Blue West Capital has brokered the sale of a single-tenant building located at 220 S. Wilcox St. in Castle Rock. A California-based 1031 exchange investor acquired the newly constructed asset for $2.8 million. The United States Postal Service occupies the 5,382-square-foot property as a mission-critical financial station that combines retail operations and carrier logistics. Zach Wright and Brandon Gayeski of Blue West Capital represented the seller, a Midwest-based real estate development firm, in the deal.

Castle Rock, Colo. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $3 million acquisition of Encore Castle Rock, a retail building located at 20 Wilcox St. in Castle Rock. Cory Gross of Marcus & Millichap’s Denver office represented the buyer, an undisclosed private investor, in the transaction. Well State Healthcare is a tenant at the 8,297-square-foot property. Westminster, Colo. — Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of a retail portfolio comprising three inline shop buildings located within Westminster Crossings shopping center in Westminster. Coco’s Place acquired the asset from Centre Point Properties for $9.8 million. Totaling 28,705 square feet of gross leasable space, the multi-tenant property was 100 percent leased to a mix of regional and national tenants. Jon Hendrickson, Aaron Johnson and Mitch Veremeychik of Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets team in Denver represented the seller in the deal.
