Liberty Hill, Texas — Provident Realty Advisors has signed Walmart to anchor Santa Rita Ranch Center, a $100 million, 400,000-square-foot planned commercial development in Liberty Hill, roughly 35 miles northwest of Austin. Situated within the master-planned community of Santa Rita Ranch, Walmart will occupy 175,995 square feet and is expected to open in 2027. Additional tenants have not been announced. Santa Rita Ranch comprises more than 5,000 homes, with a projected 10,000 total homes at full buildout.

Buffalo Grove, Ill. — Associated Bank has provided a $22.6 million loan for the redevelopment of a former grocery store located at 1160 W. Lake Cook Road in Buffalo Grove, roughly 30 miles northwest of downtown Chicago. The acquisition also included an outparcel. Dubbed Chase Plaza, the project will convert the 66,083-square-foot vacant space into a two-tenant, grocery-anchored retail building occupied by Sprouts Farmers Market and Club Studio.
