Glendale, Ariz. — Diversified Partners has signed EOS Fitness to anchor a new 24.5-acre commercial retail development in Glendale, roughly nine miles northwest of downtown Phoenix. The developer acquired the site for $5.9 million in 2022, as reported by the Phoenix Business Journal.
