Sanford, Fla. — CTO Realty Growth has acquired Marketplace at Seminole Towne Center, a 318,000-square-foot retail center located in Sanford, approximately 25 miles outside Orlando. An undisclosed seller sold the center for $68.7 million. Situated on 41 acres, the property was 98 percent leased at the time of sale. Burlington, Marshalls, World Market, Petco, Ross Dress for Less, Old Navy, Ulta Beauty and Five Below anchor the center.

Ocala, Fla. — SRS Real Estate Partners has brokered the $3.7 million sale of a 6,119-square-foot gas station and convenience store situated on 2.3 acres in Ocala, a city in Central Florida. Wawa occupies the newly constructed property on a 20-year, corporate-guaranteed ground lease. Patrick Nutt and William Wamble of SRS represented the seller, a Florida-based development firm, in the transaction. An undisclosed, privately held buyer purchased the property in a 1031 exchange.
Key West, Fla. — JLL has brokered the $74.5 million sale of Key Plaza Shopping Center, a 230,970-square-foot retail center located in Key West. Publix anchors the property. Nordstrom to Open 26 New Nordstrom Rack Stores
Seattle — Seattle-based retailer Nordstrom has announced plan to open 26 new Nordstrom Rack stores. Openings are scheduled to begin this spring and continue through spring 2025. The sites of the new stores include locations in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio and Texas.
Miami Springs, Fla. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $9.2 million sale of single-tenant retail property located in Miami Springs. Office Depot occupies the building on a triple-net-lease basis. Scott Sandelin of Marcus & Millichap represented the undisclosed seller, which acquired the property in 2012, in the transaction. Jorge Ruiz of Platinum Properties represented the undisclosed buyer.
Miami Beach, Fla. — Four new retailers have joined Lincoln Road, a retail development spanning eight blocks in Miami Beach. An entity related to Phillips Edison & Co. acquired the property for an undisclosed price. Orlando, Sarasota and Tampa, Fla. — Beverage concept Sip Fresh has signed a franchise deal for the development of three new stores in Florida. Franchisee Ryan McGrail will own and operate the stores, which will be located in Orlando, Sarasota and Tampa. Sip Fresh also recently signed multi-unit deals throughout California.
