Tenants at the property, which was fully leased at the time of sale, include Home Centric, Crunch Fitness, Chuck E. Cheese and Kane’s Furniture. Substantially redeveloped in 2019, the property features three outparcels and a 30,000-square-foot anchor space that is currently unoccupied but subject to a long-term lease with Kroger. St. Petersburg, Fla. — Plaza Advisors has brokered the $4.7 million sale of Bay Pines, a 9,110-square-foot retail center located in St. Petersburg. The property serves as an outparcel to a Walmart Supercenter and was 85 percent leased at the time of sale. Tenants at the property include Starbucks Coffee, Supercuts and Jimmy Johns. Jeff Berkezchuk and Jim Michalak of Plaza Advisors represented the seller, Kitson & Partners, in the transaction. The buyer was an undisclosed REIT.

Orlando, Fla. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $10.8 million sale of Turkey Lake Plaza, a retail center located in Orlando. Built in 2010, the property totals 19,719 square feet. Turkey Lake Plaza was leased to 12 tenants at the time of sale, including Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ. Tarek Chbeir of Marcus & Millichap procured the buyer, a local investor, in the transaction. The seller was also not disclosed.

Sunrise, Fla. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $5.7 million sale of West Commercial Landings, a retail center located in Sunrise. Tenants at the property, which totals 11,700 square feet and was 87 percent leased at the time of sale, include Huey Magoo’s, McAlister’s Deli, Verizon Wireless and Papa John’s. Drew Kristol and Kirk Olson of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, Konover South, in the transaction. Stablewood Properties was the buyer. 

Tampa, Fla. — SJS Realty Management has sold Fowler Plaza South, a retail center located in Tampa, for $12.6 million. Tenants at the property, which totals 57,093 square feet, include Dollar General, Champs, AT&T, Jimmy John’s, Foot Locker and Amscot. The center was 97 percent occupied at the time of sale. Jim Michalak and Jeff Berkezchuk of Plaza Advisors represented the seller in the transaction.
