Garner Group Sells Publix-Anchored Shopping Center in Central Georgia for $12 Million

Warner Robins, Ga. — Garner Group has sold Publix at Gunn Battle, an 80,675-square-foot shopping center located in the central Georgia community of Warner Robins. Publix anchors the property, which was 93 percent occupied at the time of sale. Brad Buchanan, Jim Hamilton and Andrew Kahn of JLL Capital Markets represented the seller in the disposition of the center to a joint venture between Forge Capital Partners and The Sembler Co. The property was developed in 2010 and is located at 6015 Watson Blvd.

Suisun City, Calif. — First National Realty Partners has acquired Heritage Park, a 167,000-square-foot shopping center located roughly 50 miles northeast of San Francisco in Suisun City. A 60,000-square-foot Raley’s anchor the center, which was home to tenants including Ace Hardware, AutoZone, Dollar Tree, Dunkin Donuts, Mariner Finance and H&R Block at the time of sale. A 54,000-square-foot Winn Dixie and a 92,600-square-foot Kohls anchor the property. Additional tenants include Orangetheory Fitness, Mellow Mushroom, Tropical Café, Wing Stop, H&R Block and Enterprise. Zach Taylor of Marcus & Millichap’s Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) division represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction.

Baltimore — Klein Enterprises has purchased a portfolio of nine grocery-anchored shopping centers in the Mid-Atlantic. The portfolio spans 800,000 square feet of retail space and was 80 percent leased at the time of sale.
