Burlington, Mass. — Three new tenants have signed leases to join Wayside, a 193,000-square-foot shopping mall located in the Boston suburb of Burlington. Diamonds & Pearls by David’s Bridal is already open at the property. Golf Galaxy will open a 16,000-square-foot venue in mid-October, while contemporary Japanese restaurant Hinoki will open in early 2026. Wayside is anchored by L.L. Jurupa Valley, Calif. — Sprouts Farmers Market has signed a 23,300-square-foot anchor lease at Jurupa Valley Spectrum Shopping Center, a 124,817-square-foot shopping center located in Jurupa Valley. The new Sprouts store, which is scheduled to open in 2026, will occupy a portion of a former movie theater that closed last year. Beverly Hills, Calif. — Cain International has announced its first retail and dining tenants at One Beverly Hills, a $10 billion mixed-use project under development in Beverly Hills. St. Charles, Ill. — Locally based Swanson Development Group and Fort Union have sold a freestanding, 30,505-square-foot retail property leased to Whole Foods Market in St. Charles, a western suburb of Chicago, for $17.3 million. The newly renovated Whole Foods Market, which formerly housed Blue Goose Market, currently occupies the space on a 20-year double-net lease. JLL represented the sellers in the transaction. The buyer was an affiliate of Benenson Capital Partners.
