Colliers to Provide Leasing Services for Two Florida Shopping Centers Spanning 262,000 Square Feet

Plantation and Pompano Beach, Fla. — Colliers has been selected to provide leasing services for two shopping centers: Shoppers Haven in Pompano Beach and Shops at One Plantation in Plantation. Sabrina Stimming, Steven Henenfeld, Ruben Suarez and Ariel Davis will lead leasing efforts for the properties on behalf of Stiles Retail Group. The first property, Shoppers Haven, is a 200,144-square-foot, redeveloped Publix-anchored shopping center. Additional tenants at the property include Walgreens, Bealls, Outback Steakhouse, Xfinity, Dunkin’ and Domino’s Pizza, among others. Three Retailers to Open at The Outlets of Mississippi in Metro Jackson

Pearl, Miss. — Three retailers are opening stores at The Outlets of Mississippi, a 325,000-square-foot open-air center located in Pearl, roughly five miles outside of Jackson. Seasonal pop-up retail chain Spirit Halloween recently opened a 7,556-square-foot store at the center. Toys “R” Us will open a 4,645-square-foot store this month and Clarks will open a 3,000-square-foot location in the fourth quarter of this year.
