Azarian Realty Opens 60,212-Square-Foot Hobby Lobby in Neptune City, New Jersey

Neptune City, N.J. — A new Hobby Lobby location has opened at Neptune Plaza in Neptune City. The arts and crafts retail store spans 60,212 square feet and is the junior anchor of the shopping center. Additional tenants at the center are The UPS Store, World Class ShopRite, IHOP, Visionworks and KPOT Korean BBQ. Neptune Plaza will undergo exterior renovations including new curbing, milling and repaving. Midland Park, N.J.-based Azarian Realty is the leasing and management agent for Neptune Plaza, which is 100 percent leased.

Rolesville, N.C. — Crosland Southeast and Core Sound Development has signed 11 new tenants to Wallbrook, an 80-acre mixed-use development located in Rolesville, roughly 17 miles northwest of Raleigh. Publix will anchor the property, which is scheduled to open its initial phase in mid-2025. The developers have pre-leased 21,000 square feet to tenants including restaurants, a dental practice, hair salon, massage parlor and Pilates gym. Allendale, N.J. — Fitness studio Ritual Fitness has signed a 3,206-square-foot lease at Allendale Town Center in Allendale, bringing the property to full occupancy. Azarian Realty Co. leases and manages the 79,374-square-foot retail center, which comprises 20 tenant spaces, as well as an 11,290-square-foot freestanding building. Acme Supermarkets anchors the property. Kevin Pelio of Azarian represented both the landlord and the tenant in the lease negotiations.

A&G to Auction 695 Party City Store Leases

New York City — A&G Real Estate Partners has announced plans to auction 695 Party City store leases in 44 states in its capacity as real estate advisor to the retailer. Party City Holdco Inc. (PCHI) first filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in January 2023 and announced in December 2024 that it would be liquidating and closing all stores. Temecula, Calif. and Orlando, Fla. — Beverage concept Sip Fresh has announced plans to open stores in Temecula, California, and Orlando, Florida.
