Flemington, N.J. — Target will open a 75,500-square-foot store at Flemington Marketplace in Flemington, serving as an anchor tenant at the 239,000-square-foot retail center. Vanessa Kelty of Levin Management Corp. represented the landlord, a client of New York Life Real Estate Investors (NYLREI), in the lease negotiations. Jeff Howard of Ripco Real Estate served as the tenant broker. Target will occupy a former Burlington space at the center. Columbus, Ohio — 10 new tenants have signed leases at Easton Town Center, a retail center located within the 1,300-acre Easton mixed-use development in Columbus. CHANEL Fragrance and Beauty Boutique, David Yurman, Louis Vuitton, Hollister, Mugsy, Bluemercury, Tecovas, Rowan, BoxLunch and Mikey’s Late Night Slice are now open at the property, with gorjana, Faherty, Bar Italia and Altar’d State scheduled to open soon. Diamond Cellar will also expand its footprint at the center. Steiner + Associates manages and leases Easton Town Center.

Philadelphia — Apple Cinemas has signed an 82,000-square-foot lease at Riverview Plaza III, a retail center located in Philadelphia. Tower Investments owns the development, which is situated one mile from Center City. Richard Soloff of Soloff Realty & Development manages leasing for the property.  Founded in 2010, Apple Cinemas currently operates multiple theaters across six states. Other locations include Greece and Hicksville, New York; San Francisco and Danville, California; and Royal Palm Beach, Florida.

Aventura, Fla. — Eight new tenants have signed leases at Esplanade at Aventura, a retail development located in Aventura in south Florida. Together, the new leases total 22,213 square feet. The LEGO Store, Fit2Run, Pure Barre and STK Steakhouse are now open at the property, and If So, The Salty and Hästens are scheduled to open this winter. Seritage Growth Properties is the landlord.

Mercer On One

Lawrenceville, N.J. — Four new tenants are opening at Mercer on One, a retail development located in Lawrenceville, roughly 40 miles outside Philadelphia. Bloomingdale’s the Outlet Store, Crate & Barrel Outlet and J. Crew Factory are now open at the property, occupying 18,494; 23,446; and 6,100 square feet, respectively. Sephora is also scheduled to open a store at the development on Nov. 15. The landlord, Federal Realty Investment Trust, completed a rebranding of the 551,000-square-foot property, formerly Mercer Mall, in October 2023.

Paramus, N.J. — Four new tenants have signed leases at Bergen Town Center, a retail center located in Paramus. Bath & Body Works and Crumbl recently opened at the property, occupying 4,157 and 2,138 square feet, respectively. First Watch and Tacoria are scheduled to join the lineup in 2025, opening 4,790-square-foot and 1,654-square-foot restaurants. Burlington, Mass. — Simon has completed a 130,000-square-foot redevelopment at Burlington Mall, a retail property located in the Boston suburb of Burlington. The project included the addition of an outdoor park with green space and amenities; elevated wood elements and porcelain tile finishes throughout the center; and new seating and signage. Almost 50 retailers and eateries were also added during the redevelopment.
