West Orange, N.J. — Levin Management Corp. (LMC) has signed three new leases at West Orange Plaza, a 298,000-square-foot grocery-anchored center in West Orange, about 20 miles west of Manhattan. Quickway Japanese Hibachi will open a 1,511-square-foot restaurant, while Namkeen Hot Chicken Joint will debut a 1,460-square-foot venue. Lastly, VIO Med Spa will occupy 1,923 square feet. Jamestown to Provide Leasing for Sarasota Square Redevelopment in Florida

Sarasota, Fla. — Jamestown has been selected to provide leasing for Sarasota Square, a redevelopment of the former Sarasota Square mall, which will be transformed into an open-air lifestyle center. Chicago-based Torburn Partners received approval for the redevelopment plan in April 2024, and demolition of the indoor mall began in February 2025. The first retail building is currently under construction. Previously confirmed tenants at the project include Whole Foods Market, Homesense, CAVA, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Joe & The Juice and Charles Schwab.

North Riverside, Ill. — Five new retailers have signed leases to open at North Riverside Park Mall in the Chicago suburb of North Riverside. The leases, which include Canada Weather Gear, Lovisa Jewelry & Accessories, Boneyard Chicago, FLX Move Pilates and Hello Sweetie, bring the property to 96 percent occupancy. Most of the tenants are now open. The Feil Organization owns the 1.2 million-square-foot shopping center. Feil originally acquired the mall in 2004 and completed an $8 million capital improvement plan in November 2024.
