Five New Tenants Join Northwood Landing in Metro Raleigh, North Carolina

Pittsboro, N.C. — Five new tenants have joined the lineup at Northwood Landing, a 62,000-square-foot retail center recently developed in Pittsboro, roughly 35 miles east of Raleigh. Dunkin’ Donuts will occupy a 2,100-square-foot building, and FirstHealth of the Carolinas will open a 4,849-square-foot clinic at the property. Vet Pets and Zaxby’s will join the center as well, leasing 2,750 and 3,162 square feet, respectively. Hubie’s Express Car Wash will also open at the property in the fourth quarter of this year. Tiger Woods, Justin Timberlake Open 22,000-Square-Foot Eatertainment Concept in New York City

New York City — Tiger Woods and Justin Timberlake, in partnership with NEXUS Luxury Collection and 8AM Golf, have opened a 22,000-square-foot sports and entertainment bar between Bryant Park and Grand Central Station in New York City. Dubbed T-Squared Social, the venue offers Full Swing golf simulators, duckpin bowling, darts and more than 35 televisions for sports-watching, as well as food and beverages. ForrestPerkins designed the space, which features 24-foot open ceilings, a 32-foot bar, dining and lounge areas and a private event room.

Restaurants Birria 1983, The Bao Spot and BluWave Sushi will occupy 3,800; 2,100; and 3,000 square feet, respectively. Nashville, Tenn. —Portman has signed two new food-and-beverage tenants to the 17,000-square-foot commercial space at Starling, an apartment tower currently under development in Nashville. The new tenants include Retrograde Coffee, a neighborhood coffee shop, and Social Cantina, a modern Mexican restaurant and tequila bar. The coffee shop will be the first café to front the Cumberland River Greenway, which Portman is expanding to connect directly to Starling tower.
