Lewisville, Texas — Bright Realty has announced the addition of three new tenants to The Realm at Castle Hills, a 324-acre mixed-use development located in Lewisville, roughly 30 miles northwest of Dallas. Cheeky Monkeys is leasing 7,287-square-feet, including more than 6,000 square feet of play space, a coffee shop and a limited-service restaurant. Additionally, 206 Luster Grill has opened a 2,257-square-foot restaurant and Cachet Salons & Spa now occupies 10,692 square feet. Houston —NewQuest Properties is underway on the 90,000-square-foot redevelopment of a retail center located in Houston. Formerly known as Pavilion Center, the property is being reimagined as West on West (WoW) and will be anchored by a 33,029-square-foot 99 Ranch Market, which is expected to open later this year. French Apparel Retailer Etam to Open First US Store at Dadeland Mall in South Florida

Kendall, Fla. — Etam, a French apparel retailer founded in 1916, plans to open its first U.S. store at Dadeland Mall, a shopping mall in the Miami suburb of Kendall. Simon, the mall’s landlord, expects to debut the new Etam store this summer. The store will carry Etam’s line of lingerie, bras, underwear, sleepwear and swimwear. The retailer currently operates more than 850 stores throughout Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and Asia. Other international brands that operate stores at Dadeland Mall include Mango, Bimba y Lola, Razer and Tous.

Roseville, Minn. — Dick’s Sporting Goods is set to open a new location at Rosedale Center, a 1.1 million-square-foot shopping center in Roseville, a suburb of the Twin Cities.
