Alpharetta, Ga. — RocaPoint Partners has announced the addition of three new-to-market tenants to Halycon, a mixed-use development in Alpharetta. X-Golf, Rhen’s Nest and Eco Denizen are slated to open by the end of this year. X-Golf, a golf simulator and sports bar, will occupy a 6,692-square-foot space; Rhen’s Nest, a children’s toy store, will occupy a 1,384-square-foot space; and Eco Denizen, an artisanal gift shop, will occupy 1,400 square feet.

Totowa, N.J. — Total Wine & More has opened a 32,000-square-foot store at Totowa Square, a 258,000-square-foot retail power center located in Northern New Jersey, roughly 16 miles north of Newark and 20 miles northeast of New York City. The retailer is backfilling a space formerly occupied by Babies ‘R’ Us. Brian Katz and Amy Staats of Katz & Associates represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Brian Schuster of Ripco Real Estate represented the tenant.
Cary, N.C. — Hines and Columbia Development have announced the addition of four new tenants to Fenton, a mixed-use development in Cary, located approximately 10 miles west of Raleigh. Warby Parker, Faherty Brand, Bluemercury and Doc B’s Restaurant and Bar will join the 69-acre property. Fenton is home to tenants including Nike Live, Sports & Social, Arhaus, Sephora, Williams Sonoma, Lululemon, Free People, Athleta, Honeysuckle Gelato, Pottery Barn, Superica and Radiant Waxing. Indianapolis — COhatch and North High Brewing have opened at Circle Centre Mall in Indianapolis. COhatch offers co-working spaces, private offices and meeting and event space. North High Brewing features a selection of craft beers as well as a food menu. This is the second location for the brewery in the Indianapolis market. JLL manages and leases Circle Centre, which spans more than 700,000 square feet.
Downey, Calif. — Seven new businesses are joining the tenant roster at Promenade at Downey, a 656,000-square-foot retail center in Downey, located roughly 13 miles outside of Los Angeles. Guacamaya Oasis, Xécora Gastronomía Urbana and Zen Med Spa have already opened, with Fire Wings, Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream, Crumbl Cookies and Daiso set to open in fall of this year.

Fort Worth, Texas — Trademark Property Co. has welcomed seven new tenants to WestBend, the locally based developer’s mixed-use destination in Fort Worth. Four food and beverage concepts — fast casual eatery Sweetgreen, confectionary Van Leeuwen, burger chain Shake Shack and global culinary experience Quince — are scheduled to open before the end of the year. McKinney, Texas — Northern Tool + Equipment and AutoZone have signed retail leases totaling 39,357 square feet in McKinney, about 35 miles northeast of Dallas. The tenants will backfill a space previously occupied by Super 1 Foods with footprints of 22,500 and 16,857 square feet, respectively. William Rosatti represented the landlord, JAH Realty, in the lease negotiations on an internal basis. Clay Mote of Retail Union and Mack House of Westover Group represented Northern Tool and AutoZone, respectively.
Addison, Texas — Northwood Retail has added five new tenants to Prestonwood Place, a 107,000-square-foot center located in the northern Dallas suburb of Addison. One Medical, a membership-based primary care practice, is now open, and Loro Asian Smokehouse & Bar will open later this year. Two other food-and-beverage concepts, Thai restaurant Asian Mint and fast-casual eatery Sweetgreen, are also scheduled to launch before year’s end. Buff City Soap will open its store in 2023.
Manhattan Beach, Calif. — West Elm, Alo Yoga and Saint & Second are among seven new tenants set to open at Manhattan Village in Manhattan Beach, California. Scheduled to open in 2022 and 2023, these tenants will join other recent additions to the 648,000-square-foot center, such as Anthropologie and Urban Outfitters. This expansion of retail and dining offerings comes following the completion earlier this year of a $250 million redevelopment project managed by JLL.
