Houston — EDENS has announced the addition of four new retail and restaurant tenants to its Uptown Park development in Houston. Natuzzi, a luxury Italian furniture brand, will open a 6,393-square-foot showroom; and Hi, skin — a skincare concept — will occupy a 2,261-square-foot space. Food-and-beverage concepts JuiceLand and sweetgreen will also join the tenant lineup, leasing 700 square feet and 2,908 square feet, respectively.

Woburn, Mass. — Teresa’s Ristorante will open a 12,500-square-foot Italian eatery in Woburn, a northern suburb of Boston. The space, which features private dining rooms and a patio, is currently being renovated, and the restaurant expects to open this spring. John Halsey and Steve Cusano of Cummings Properties represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. The name and representative of the landlord were not disclosed.

Miami Beach, Fla. — Asana Partners has announced the addition of five new tenants to Sunset Harbour, a 21,000-square-foot retail center in Miami Beach. Restaurants Casa Bufala, Sacro and Nautical Bowls will occupy 2,500, 2,813 and 950 square feet, respectively. Chip City Cookies will also join the food-and-beverage lineup, leasing 980 square feet. Additionally, fitness and wellness club The Outsider will open a 2,006-square-foot location.

Annapolis, Md. — SJC Ventures has signed 11 new tenants to Beacon Square, a mixed-use development currently underway in Annapolis. Tenants will include Arhaus, Circa Lighting, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, Mighty Quinn’s BBQ, Meg Fox Aesthetics, GNC, Aspen Dental, Inspire Nails, Cold Stone Creamery, Eggspectation and Jersey Mikes. SJC and AvalonBay Communities Inc. acquired the land for the project early last year, with vertical construction started in August. Santa Monica, Calif. — Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. has announced the launch of a new restaurant concept, which will be opening in a ghost kitchen space in Santa Monica. Dubbed Farmesa, the restaurant will open at Third Street Promenade in partnership with Kitchen United Mix. A soft opening is planned, which will feature an abbreviated menu and limited hours, before the official launch next month. Arlington, Texas — The Home Depot has signed a 35,840-square-foot retail lease renewal at Cooper Street Plaza in Arlington. Brent St. Amant of Hartman Income REIT represented the landlord, Silver Star Properties REIT, in the lease negotiations. The Home Depot was self-represented. Other tenants at the center include UPS, Mattress Firm, OfficeMax, Black Rifle Coffee Co. and State Farm Insurance.

Katy, Texas —Four new tenants will join LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch, a retail center located in Katy, roughly 30 miles west of Houston, with openings scheduled through summer of this year. Restaurants The Crack Shack and Nando’s will lease 4,065 square feet and 2,754 square feet, respectively.
