Situated within Promenade Temecula, the new venue is scheduled to open in early 2025. Franchisee Kevin Tam will own and operate the unit. The Florida store will be located within Florida Mall. North Brunswick, N.J. — Panda Express has opened a new, 2,525-square-foot restaurant at MainStreet NB, mixed-use development located in North Brunswick, approximately 40 miles southwest of New York City. New York City — Newmark has arranged an 80,300-square-foot lease for ROUND1, a Japan-based bowling and arcade concept, in New York City. Situated within the 700,000-square-foot The Shops at Skyview property, this will be the first venue in the city for the brand. David Friedman and Andrew Stern of Newmark Retail represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. According to Newmark, this marks the largest new retail lease in New York City this year.
Johns Creek, Ga. — Six new tenants have signed leases at Medley, a 43-acre mixed-use property currently underway in the Atlanta suburb of Johns Creek. Toro Development Company is the developer and plans to break ground on the project in January. Restaurant and bar concept Verde opened within a 5,000-square-foot space in November, bringing the property to full occupancy. Additional tenants include Nike Training Studio, XPT Studio, Del Mar Wellness, Coffee Dose and Tiny Tooth Pediatric Dentistry. Tower Investments owns the development, which is situated one mile from Center City. Richard Soloff of Soloff Realty & Development manages leasing for the property. Founded in 2010, Apple Cinemas currently operates multiple theaters across six states. Other locations include Greece and Hicksville, New York; San Francisco and Danville, California; and Royal Palm Beach, Florida.
