Leesburg, Va. — Four retailers are joining the tenant lineup at Village at Leesburg, a mixed-use property with over 60 boutiques, restaurants and entertainment experiences in Leesburg. Rappaport owns, manages and leases the center. Tenants joining the lineup include Sienna Sky Boutique, a women’s clothing store; Mochinut, a mochi donut store; My Wellness Physicians, a weight loss and weight management provider; and Playful Pack, a doggy daycare and boarding provider. Other tenants currently at the Village at Leesburg include Wegmans, CMX Cinemas and Bowlero.

Atlantic Station

Atlanta — Fashion retailer YOYOSO will open an 8,244-square-foot store at Atlantic Station, a mixed-use destination in Atlanta’s West Midtown area. The property features over 30 stores and restaurants, entertainment concepts, hotels and 700,000 square feet of Class A office space, including a new office tower anchored by Microsoft. YOYOSO is set to open its doors this fall. The retailer has over 1,000 locations across 36 countries and over 380 cities.

Kennesaw and Woodstock, Ga. — Whataburger is set to open its first restaurants in the Atlanta metropolitan area this year. The two locations will be situated at 705 Town Park Lane NW in Kennesaw, and at 9766 GA-92 in Woodstock. Allendale, N.J. — Azarian Realty Co. has signed fast casual restaurant concept Primo Hoagies to a 2,008-square-foot lease at the 90,000-square-foot Allendale Town Center, located in Bergen County in Northern New Jersey. Kevin Pelio and James Azarian of Azarian Realty Co. represented the undisclosed landlord in the lease negotiations. Jason Brooke of MSC Retail represented the tenant. Primo Hoagies currently operates 85 franchised locations across seven states and is underway on expansion plans.

Oxon Hill, Md. — Four new restaurants and entertainment concepts are set to open at National Harbor, a waterfront mixed-use development by Peterson Cos. in Oxon Hill, about 12 miles from Washington, D.C. Bridgewater, N.J. — Patio/outdoor furniture and accessories retailer Fortunoff Backyard Store will open a 9,400-square-foot retail establishment at Somerset Shopping Center in the Northern New Jersey community of Bridgewater. The tenant will backfill a space at the 219,000-square-foot center that was formerly occupied by Pier 1 Imports, which declared bankruptcy and began liquidating its stores in May 2020. New York City — Macy’s plans to open 37 Backstage store-within-stores in locations nationwide beginning April 9. Gainesville, Fla. — Foxtail Coffee Co. has opened a new location at Butler Town Center, a shopping mall in Gainesville with over 150 stores and restaurants. The Orlando-based coffee shop serves various espresso drinks, cold brew coffee, teas and treats. The new location will be at 2851 SW 35th Drive in Suite 10, next to P.F.
