Saucy Brew Works to Open Brewpub, Coffeehouse in Detroit’s Brush Park

Detroit — Saucy Brew Works will open a new brewpub and coffeehouse in Detroit’s Brush Park neighborhood. The opening is slated for March 3. The 5,700-square-foot space will be the first restaurant within Bedrock’s City Modern apartment development. Guests will enjoy a variety of beers and specialty coffees in addition to food offerings such as appetizers, sandwiches, wings and pizza. In response to COVID-19, Saucy Brew Works will provide hand sanitizer, masks, six-foot table distancing and floor markers for spacing. Residents of City Modern will receive a 20 percent discount. Conn’s HomePlus to Open Two Stores in Metro Tampa

Tampa and Bradenton, Fla. — Conn’s HomePlus, a furniture, mattress and home appliances retailer, will open a store in Tampa’s Horizon Park shopping center and Bradenton’s Cortez Plaza on Feb. 5. The stores will combine to span more than 87,000 square feet. Horizon Park is located at 3908 W. Hillsborough Ave., six miles northeast of downtown Tampa. Aldi to Open 21,000-Square-Foot Grocery Store at Dartmouth Mall in Massachusetts

Dartmouth, Mass. — German discount grocer Aldi will open a 21,000-square-foot store at Dartmouth Mall in southeastern Massachusetts in the fourth quarter. Aldi will backfill a space previously occupied by Sears and will join Burlington, Old Navy, H&M and Five Below as some of the largest tenants at the property. Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT) owns Dartmouth Mall.

SRS Arranges $4.2 Million Ground Lease Sale of Wawa-Occupied Gas Station in Orlando

Orlando, Fla. — SRS Real Estate Partners has arranged the $4.2 million ground lease sale of a 1.9-acre parcel leased to Wawa in Orlando. The property comprises eight gas pumps and a 5,615-square-foot convenience store. Wawa occupies the space on a triple-net lease with 12 years remaining on the corporate-guaranteed lease. New York City — The Home Depot has signed a long-term, 120,000-square-foot lease to remain at Williams Equities’ 28 & 40 W. 23rd St. location in Manhattan’s Flatiron District. British Gaming Concept Electric Gamebox to Open at Grandscape in Metro Dallas

The Colony, Texas — Electric Gamebox, a British entertainment concept centered on interactive gaming, will open a 4,000-square-foot venue at Grandscape, the 433-acre mixed-use destination in the northern Dallas suburb of The Colony.
