Chuze Fitness Signs 45,000-Square-Foot Lease in Inland Empire

Fontana, Calif. — Progressive Real Estate Partners has signed Chuze Fitness to a 45,000-square-foot lease with Morningside Marketplace in Fontana. Chuze Fitness will occupy the space of a former Ralphs Grocery, leaving 12,000 square feet of space for a soon-to-be-named co-tenant. Morningside Marketplace is a 90,000-square-foot retail center located at 14574 Baseline Ave. The center is fully leased to tenants including Chase Bank, Great Clips, Chevron, KFC, Pizza Hut, Baskin Robbins, Togo’s and Wienerschnitzel. The new Chuze Fitness is scheduled to open early next year. Minneapolis — Eleven Artisans, a brew pub and entertainment venue, has signed a 3,500-square-foot lease at the historic Handicraft Guild Building and Assembly Hall adjacent to the new City Club Apartments. The name Eleven Artisans comes from a community of 11 female artists who pioneered a creative movement in downtown Minneapolis in the early 1900s. New York City — The Feil Organization has completed the leasing of 488 Madison Ave., a 23-story, 447,000-square-foot building in New York City. The Feil Organization signed Mephisto Shoes to a 1,854-square-foot lease and Mighty Bowl to an 800-square-foot lease. Both are expected to open this fall. The building was originally delivered in 1948 and was formally known as the “Look Building,” for the defunct magazine. Landover Hills, Md. — Nellis Corp. has signed five new retail tenants to Capital Plaza Shopping Center in Landover Hills, Maryland.
