Located in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, North Carolina, Nevada, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Tennessee, the portfolio includes 10 Outback Steakhouse restaurants and 10 Carrabba’s Italian Grill restaurants, with one dual-tenant property occupied by both concepts.
