Las Vegas — Red Ridge Development is underway on Origin at Symphony Park, a six-acre mixed-use project located in downtown Las Vegas. The development will feature 100,000 square feet of retail space, a 32-story residential tower, mid-rise apartment building, outdoor promenade and office space upon completion, which is scheduled for 2026. The McGarey Group, a division of the Divaris Group, will manage leasing for the retail space at the project in partnership with Paragon Commercial Group.

Willow Grove, Pa. — Federal Realty Investment Trust has announced plans for the third phase of redevelopment at Willow Grove Shopping Center in Willow Grove, roughly 30 miles outside Philadelphia. Phase III will include the addition of a six-story building offering 260 multifamily units and 20,000 square feet of street-level retail space, alongside a structured parking garage. Rocklin, Calif. — Circle K has signed a 3,700-square-foot lease at University Square, a 10-acre mixed-use development currently underway in Rocklin. Upon completion, the convenience store and gas station will be situated on a site featuring more than 20,000 square feet of retail space and 5,000 square feet of space for quick-service restaurants. LRE & Cos. is the developer and landlord, and the development is scheduled for completion in late 2025.
New York City — SAGA Hospitality Group will open a 7,000-square-foot restaurant at 360 Park Avenue, a 450,000-square-foot office property in New York City. BXP, which acquired the building in December 2021, is the landlord. Upon opening, the concept will offer coffee and pastries throughout the day and seafood dishes at night.
Delray Beach, Fla. — PEBB Enterprises and Banyan Development have started construction on Atlantic II, a 10-acre mixed-use project located in Delray Beach. Upon completion, which is scheduled for mid-2024, the development will feature a 10,000-square-foot, multi-tenant retail building, 100,000 square feet of self-storage space and a car wash outparcel. The outparcel is currently under contract for sale, and Paradise Grills has signed a lease to occupy 6,000 square feet in the retail building. Liberty Investment Properties, which develops self-storage properties, is partnering with the joint venture on the development.
Marcus & Millichap Arranges $5.9 Million Sale of Retail Strip Center in Treasure Island, Florida
Treasure Island, Fla. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $5.9 million sale of Treasure Island Plaza, a 20,000-square-foot retail strip center located in Treasure Island in metro Tampa Bay. Built in 1981, the property was leased to 11 tenants at the time of sale. The buyer, an investment firm based in Miami, plans to redevelop the one-acre parcel into a mixed-use building with 40 residences atop 10,000 square feet of retail space. Evan Cannan and Reid Thedford of Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office brokered the transaction.
DeBary, Fla. — St. Petersburg-based Mosaic Development LLC has purchased 13.1 acres of land in DeBary, roughly 23 miles north of Orlando, for the development of the first phase of a mixed-use project to be located immediately north of the city’s SunRail station. Upon completion, the Main Street-style development will feature 500 apartment units, 40,000 square feet of retail space and a central park and community plaza. Indicap, Colmena Group and Langley Properties are leading the project and estimate development costs of more than $1 billion. Upon completion, The Ranch will offer 221 acres of light industrial space, 39 acres of commercial space, 39 acres of multifamily space and 16 acres of public green space. Upon completion, the property will feature 363 apartment units and 52,619 square feet of retail space. Nadel Architecture + Planning is the architect for the project, the first phase of which was recently completed.
Huntington Beach, Calif. — Six new tenants are set to open at Bella Terra, an 852,000-square-foot mixed-use development currently underway in Huntington Beach.
