La Habra, Calif. — SRS Real Estate Partners has arranged the $4 million sale of The Miracle Day Shopping Center, an 18,468-square-foot strip center in La Habra. Michael Walseth of SRS’ National Net Lease Group arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, a Los Angeles-based real estate investment firm. The buyer, a Los Angeles-based private investor, acquired the asset through a 1031 exchange.
