Doug Clyburn and Julie Clyburn of Stan Johnson Co. represented the 1031 exchange buyer in all transactions. The four sellers were private investors based in Alabama, California and Georgia. Atlanta — Fashion retailer YOYOSO will open an 8,244-square-foot store at Atlantic Station, a mixed-use destination in Atlanta’s West Midtown area. The property features over 30 stores and restaurants, entertainment concepts, hotels and 700,000 square feet of Class A office space, including a new office tower anchored by Microsoft. BrandsMart is an appliance and consumer electronics retailer with 10 stores in Florida and Georgia. For the 12 months that ended Dec. 25, 2021, the Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based company generated $757 million in revenue.
