Conyers, Ga. — A joint venture between M Street Holdings and Highline Real Estate Capital has acquired Conyers Commons, a 118,916-square-foot shopping center in the Atlanta suburb of Conyers. The undisclosed seller sold the property for approximately $17 million. Chris DeCoufle, Kevin Hurley and Matt Karempelis of CBRE brokered the transaction on behalf of the seller, and BankUnited provided acquisition financing for M Street and Highline. Roswell, Ga. — Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap, has arranged the $10.3 million sale of Mansell Oaks, a 43,190-square-foot shopping center in the north Atlanta suburb of Roswell. Zach Taylor of IPA represented the seller, an entity doing business as PLC Mansell LLC, in the transaction. Peachtree Industrial Partners LLLP is the buyer. Mansell Oaks’ tenant roster includes LongHorn Steakhouse, Bird Watcher Supply and Animal Emergency Center of North Fulton.

Kennesaw, Ga. — Octave Holdings and Investments has purchased Barrett Pavilion, a 369,971-square-foot center located near Town Center Mall in Kennesaw. The property was acquired from a joint venture between Stockbridge and Lincoln Property Co. via Octave’s investment vehicle Octave Opportunity Fund LLC for $58.8 million. Barrett Pavilion is shadow anchored by Target and leased primarily to national tenants including Total Wine & More, Ulta Beauty, AMC, Old Navy, REI, Ted’s Montana Grill and Cold Stone Creamery. The center will be managed by Pinnacle Leasing and Management.
