Leawood, Kan. — AMC Theatres has delayed its U.S. reopening date until July 30. The company will resume operations of 450 U.S. theaters as part of a phased plan that is expected to bring the 600-plus U.S. theaters to full operation by early August. The 108,546-square-foot retail property is now home to Ulta, Old Navy, DSW, Five Below and Petco. Equity Investment Group, an Indiana-based developer, bought the property in 2014. Overland Park, Kan. — MAG Capital Partners LLC has acquired a 43,000-square-foot retail building located at 12100 Blue Valley Parkway in Overland Park for an undisclosed price. The seller, Lukas Wine & Spirits Superstore, will lease back the property. Brendan McPherson of Polsinelli PC and Mary Garnett of Barnes & Thornburg LLP represented MAG Capital Partners, which is led by principals Dax T.S. Mitchell and Andrew Gi. Victor Saponari of Quantum Capital arranged acquisition financing through Deutsche Bank. Michael Kaider of CBRE represented the seller.

Wichita, Kan. — WS Development has formed a joint venture with Laham Development to acquire Bradley Fair in Wichita. The purchase price was not disclosed. Built in 1990, the 280,000-square-foot shopping center is home to more than 50 stores and restaurants, including Barnes & Noble, Sephora, Pottery Barn, Gap and soon-to-open Trader Joe’s. The property also features a lake, walking paths, gardens and community events. The seller was not disclosed.

The regional mall spans nearly 900,000 square feet and is situated on 46 acres at 4600 W. Kellogg Drive. It opened in 1980. Anchor tenants include Dick’s Sporting Goods, Dillard’s Clearance Center, JC Penney and Regal Cinemas. Shopping mall investment company Kohan Retail Investment Group purchased the asset.
